We aim to have stock on hand of our products - however depending on materials availability this may not always be possible. As a result our turnaround times can vary from immediate availability (not including shipping time) to up to 8 weeks.
This period starts when a deposit or payment in full has been made to confirm your order and the last date is when it is available for despatch from our workshop.
How can/will I receive my goods?
- Due to the size and weight of this product we will arrange shipping with our own teams or a trusted 3rd party freight provider.
- This product will be delivered on a tailgate truck. The truck will only be able to deliver to the easiest location and the goods will be left at that spot. You will need to arrange someone to then move the goods to your storage position until you are ready to install. Unfortunately 3rd party truck drivers will not assist in this process.
Gaga Games will manage the process of your delivery with the 3rd party provider, however communication may also be required by you with a freight provider directly to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in our product prices for major metro areas and some major regional areas (too many to list below). Each area is zoned and certain postcodes included - you can check whether your postcode is included in our Shipping Zones at the checkout.
Major Metro Areas Included:
VIC - Melbourne
SA - Adelaide
ACT - Canberra
NSW - Sydney
QLD - Brisbane
If you fall outside of the included postcodes (check at the checkout) you can reach out to us and we can provide a quotation for additional freight costs to your area. If any additional freight costs are required these will be added to your order at the time and payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time
In general, shipments are in transit for up to 7 days, however delays can occur due to a number of unforseen issues such as weather events.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 8 weeks of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please note that significant changes to delivery address may result in delayed arrival.
4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
You will be notified ahead of time of any expected delays to our expected build completed date.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers may receive a tracking link directly from our usual freight suppliers from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations can me made at any time prior to the goods leaving our workshop. If the goods have already left via our freight partners you may be required to pay additional costs to have goods returned.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a repair, replacement or refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
